Customer service was not helpful. Said I had to make an appointment and there was no one in the bank. Had plenty of staff not helping anyone. Seems to me everyone has an excuse. They gave me a 1-800 number to call for help unacceptable! So, much for customer service from these young kids.

I've been picking up cashier's checks here every month for the last three years. I always order it through the Navy Fed app and I go and pick it up. My check is always ready when I arrive at the branch. The last two times though, they don't print my check until I arrive at the branch. Today I had to wait 20 minutes for them to print my check. All while on my lunch break. Totally unacceptable! What's the point of ordering my check ahead if you're going to make me wait when I come to pick it up???

I went in today to make a Simple transaction and the young lady at the desk acted like she Didn't know her job at all. It's my money I'm trying to transfer, and she made feel like I was stealing my own funds. Didn't like the way I was treated at all after giving her everything she asked for. Your staff needs better training on how to handle all customers, not just the ones she likes.

Been here a couple times in the morning to pull out cash but the ATMs don’t work in the morning or you don’t have them on or maybe because of covid they have a restriction, but I’ll see people leaving frustrated trying to pull cash out probably before work just like myself.
