Love this Wendys, food is always well prepared and hot,though lately they’ve been closing early. Please update your hours or at least answer your phone service so that we know not to go. It’s 9:30 ? So close at 9 maybe ? Not sure what’s going on here. It’s disappointing

The line was super long tonight. When it was our turn to order (drive through) the guy was super rude and pushy Then when they handed me our frosties they didn't give us spoons or straws. She shut the window. I asked through the closer window for spoons. She didn't apologize or anything just handed me the spoons, closed the window and continued to talk to another employee. The Fries we were given we spicy and tasted bad Super disappointed. Won't be going there again.

I know this is only to say how the food and service is but I don't care. DON’T work here. Literally Mcdonald’s was a better place to work at and that is shocking. Even if you are desperate for a job and money, don't do it. Your co-workers will definitely make you feel like an outsider and look at you crazy if you demand simple respect. The whole store is unorganized and any new people working there get treated like a nobody. No communication on when you are to come in and when you are to clock out, NOTHING. You watch videos then they just throw you in, barely any hands-on training and when you do need a little help or have a question it feels like you are bugging or being a nuisance. You should be able to feel comfortable enough to ask a question and to get physical training as well and not feel stupid for wanting those things. The pay is not worth what you are dealing with and how the people are. Legit only 2 nice people that I got to know. If you are an honest person that has some class and simply wants respect, this job is not for you. Be prepared to get stared at for what feels like forever and hardcore judged over simple things👍🏼

If i could make 5 complaints i would. Mixed-up my burgers the workers really gave me a value drink when it was a 5 dollar biggie bag, only because they had no small cups. Also they had me waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes when my order was a mobile order in dine-in, and had to go back again at the drive thru because the drink was awfull from the window tasted like chlorine or metal and waited another 7-9 minutes, it's been almost 3-5 months you've had the remodeling paper sign and never finish. The staff really didn't care abt fixing my order. I like the specials that wendys has, but at this point I'd rather pay more just to get my order right.
