I was there for 25-35 minutes at 10:50 pm last night. There were 5 cars ahead of me. After being the “next” one to order for easily 5 minutes with someone just saying “hold on a minute”, i just decided to cut my loses. Who knows how much longer i would’ve had to wait for the food. Literally TWO cars got their food in the amount of time i waited..you live and you learn. Never again

Repeated rent order four times at the drive-thru. They still managed to get it wrong. No empathy for the customer who has to wait forever on their lunch break. Food was not appealing once received.
