Check the checkers and Rally's mobile app and make sure you're logged into your checkers and rallies account if you don't have one making account and you'll start at zero with a free reward
Log into your account on the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or view your account online at the link below. When you get to the Rewards Page, click Login, and enter your username and password on the next page. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.
