I think for right now, all you haters, should leave Gold Coast Beverage Company alone. Dato in the best that they can. We are all under a lot of pressure. All I can say is that this is a great company. Run by great, CEOs. And staff members. Their only concern, is to get the beer out, as quickly, as they can. But right now things have proven, to be a little bit difficult. We all love beer. And we all should be happy. That we have companies, like this. That can stock, and Warehouse beer. And delivered. This company has the worst customer service and service, in general. They hold you hostage as they are the only ones to get authorized beer in Miami. They used to have reps who would visit businesses. Now everything is online, which is fine, but the delivery dates are arbitrarily set and you cannot get anything in between. Very disappointed and would hope another company is also licensed to compete with them as they seem to have a monopoly and do not care.

First time writing a bad review about a business. Costumer service is non existent, sales associate doesn't respond to the calls or messages. Website for ordering doesn't work. This is the most unprofessional distributor that I have ever worked with. There is a MONOPOLY on beer delivery for businesses in Miami, but I already wrote to city mayor Philip Levine and Florida Governor Rick Scott to get this fixed.
