This review is actually a month late however I felt it was necessary to make this post because of the incredibly hardworking and very caring workers in the leasing office that helped me along the way. One being Dania the leasing manager. Dania made sure to help me every step of the way to help my moving experience be as easy as possible. Not only was she diligent and punctual but she made sure to always make herself available for anything that I needed help with throughout the process. This I can say I haven't experienced from other properties. Having customer service like this definitely sold me into becoming a tenant here at Cordoba. Sandra, the leasing consultant, did an amazing job helping me in place of Dania when she had to take days off from work. Not only did she follow up with me everything I needed to get in order before moving in but she spent hours that I probably wouldn't have received otherwise to make sure my situation at the time was resolved. That day with Sandra showed me a person that not only represented her company to the utmost professionally but she showed a lot of care in the person for whom she was was providing a service for. This I am so grateful for! Thank you ladies for this experience and all your help! It really made a difference for me during this transition as a new tenant to the Miami area.

I have 3 years rented here. At the beginning it was a real luxury rental but since they change owners/administration the mainteinance has deteriorated. They just painted outside and told the neibors some areas will remodelated but months has passed and everything is getting worst. And the rent increase is about 50%.
