Panera has lost its mind. They think there food is so special that they are charging $10 for a HALF sandwich? No thanks, I will take my money elsewhere. There was nothing special about Panera before so there is definitely no reason to go there now. Go spend your money at Coffee Nature a few blocks away. It is a wonderful family owned restaurant with great food and good prices.

Manager named ATA was my cashier. Didn't understand I had a reward so I ended up paying more than I should have for my meal. Didn't hand me my cup and I saw another customer had the same issue. At some point the cash registers were empty. Later on while I was sitting he waived at the security guard over who was on break "Are you on break? I need you to kick them out". Waiving over to some kids sitting. Felt sorry for the guy. Clearly rude management and poor employee treatment. At least the security guard told me "have a good day". My sandwich was also incorrectly made. Avoid this Panera location.

Update start loss: my fiance and I paid for a small drink each. The manager came to my table to tell me that it was a water cup only without even checking to see if we paid. We are both well dressed black medical professionals im a travel nurse my fiance is a resident. Im 7.5 months pregnant and we are both black. I have never felt so profiled in my life... Especially because again we were the only black people there... In our own neighborhood. I actually thought she was going to ask me how my food I inquired why a 1/2 filled cup was served. I also dont appreciate all my food in a bag and in take out gear when others had more food. I will never go back here. Apparently there is flatware... But there is there. If you are looking for a leisurely study spot with ceramic wear and a fireplace and some service this is not your place. Its filled with undergrads and high schoolers. Paper bowls and not a lot of outlets for the space. I also miss the gluten free cookies Also there was no hazelnut...when it was filled no one let me know after i requested... Then no almond milk... No one is paying attention maybe too many young folk work there idk.

The Tenleytown Panera Bread is an amazing experience. My friend and I go once a week to study and have a delicious lunch. We love the free refills and take advantages of the perks that Panera offers. Despite all of this, Panera does have …

Lots of distancing. Hand sanitizer at entrance. Little or no indoor dining.
I agree with Alex. It's best to park on the street.
