Dr. Gresh is a very caring doctor and spends a lot of time with his patients.

Dr. Gresh is an exceptional doctor. He is very caring and spends a lot of time with you. He is careful to listen to your questions and concerns and will help you understand your treatment options. He is the only rheumatologist I have been to that has my best interest in mind. I started seeing him in May 2021 and with his depth of knowledge of my condition and careful treatment plan I am tapering off my medication and plan to be completely off of it in February. Every other rheumatologist I have seen told me I would never be able to get off of my medication. Dr. Gresh has a stellar office staff. His office is running like a well oiled machine. His medical assistants are very knowledgeable and efficient. They are caring and I never have any issues with things not getting done. They always make sure I have refills for my prescription. If I call the office with a question I always hear back from them quickly. It’s like a breath of fresh air.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gresh for over 10 years. He and I worked together to try and ease the symptoms of my painful psoriatic arthritis. I have been on many various medications. One in which I need blood work done routinely. I have not always been the best patient to get my bloodwork done in a timely manner. Prior to COVID, you could walk into Quest and get labs done. Now you must make an appointment, try to fit it in without losing work time, it has not been easy. I have had to cancel appointments with Dr. Gresh for many reasons. One being exposed to COVID and quarantining and others due to having other medical issues not due to my arthritis. And yes, during that time my bloodwork has lapsed. I called today to schedule an appointment with Dr. Gresh and was told by his office staff manager that he would no longer be seeing me as his patient due to my incompliance. What I want to say to Dr Gresh is this, I think you are a brilliant physician, if you were not, I would not have continued with you for all these years. I have always thought very highly of you and Mrs. Long. But I cannot say that about your office staff. I found them to be rude and outright nasty on many occasions. I had a conversation today with your office manager today to try to explain to you what life has dealt me this last year, but I'm not going to hold my breath, So I will move on. Thank you Doctor Gresh for your all you have done for me. Sincerely, Robin McCallum
