I have my car serviced here for the last 3 years and the service was exceptional. Both Juan and Roberto was very helpful. The service this recent time was beyond terrible because of the very rude behavior of Nicole who refused to take our car in line. We came in the day before and Juan told us to come back in early morning, we waited in line before cars on the other side even showed up. Juan asked us to pull in our car and Nicole bombarded in and yelled at us for being annoying. I told her we came here before other cars but she chose not to listen and kept yelling at us. Very unprofessional. No one want to yelled at by customer services.

The wife and I went to the dealership with the family the day before Father’s Day to “look” at what inventory was available to purchase. It was time to upgrade the wife’s vehicle to meet this blended family’s needs. But honestly we had no intentions of making a final decision let alone a purchase. When we walked in, a room full of sales people standing around talking to each other and they didn’t give us a first look, Yorgis was the only person to greet us, looked us each in the eye and shook all our hands. I have to admit he won me over with that single gesture of humanity. I obviously needed to remain objective and impartial, so I walked away looking at the vehicles in the showroom. Yorgis stayed with the wife and the rest of the family (party of 6 not counting me) patiently answering every question the wife and family threw his way. I must admit it was difficult not to appreciate Yorgis’s salesmanship and patience with my family from afar. Needless to say after all our questions were answered we narrowed our search to a version of the Hyundai Palisade. After the wife test drove the Palisade, Yorgis insisted I drive the SUV as well to make sure it was a proper fit which was a first from all the other dealerships we’ve been to. To my surprise and reluctance we actually sat down to discuss purchasing the vehicle that day. Talking numbers with Yorgis I fully expected to be at complete odds and oppositional with him. But we sat around and talked about our family’s and he put us at ease while doing his job. I know this review is long winded but I had to share my experience with Yorgis….BTW did I mention we left the dealership with a brand new Hyundai Palisade that very same afternoon. The long and short of this story is if you or your family are in the market for a vehicle, go and see Yorgis Iglesias at Doral Hyundai. He will treat you like family…the good kind. We live in South Miami and visited almost every dealership in between Cutler Bay and Doral looking for a new vehicle. Meeting Yorgis and having him place us in the Hyundai Palisade is worth worth every mile in between.

I've never had had such a refreshing and smooth process at a car dealership but thanks to Rachel we were able to drive off with the most beautiful ride. You have to contact the parts department and identify the vehicle. Giving the "VIN number" there will be no errors. The name of the piece must be clear (since in different places we use different names). They can attend you in Spanish. But since we are in the USA, in the end English will prevail. By phone or online they attend you. But I think it is better to go personally, since that way they advise you and listen better ...

Honey, I do not recommend you give MAINTENANCE in any Dealer unless it is required or is FREE otherwise you will be charged much more and the work is the same and you will even be added something extra that "MUST REPAIR" Want to know my opinion as you have your GP must have your mechanic or your workshop because BUT they are always going to take advantage of you and more if you are a woman. I can not recommend anyone BUT there are. And referring to that Dealer what they sell are ROIROYCE NO HYUNDAI LUCK.
I think the same as Tinocosta. In addition, the price is influenced by several things and all that I have asked is the same, that in Carmax they give the best prices.
