This is the absolute worst taxi service ever. If at all possible you should try to find another driving service. Both the disbatcher and the driver were extremely rude and unreasonable. The both of them were litterally yelling at me over a miscommunication about the pick up location. Something that could have very easily been rectified turned into a yelling match between the 3 of us. I have never in my life been treated so horrendously from someone providing a customer service. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever deal with. I will never use this service again.

I scheduled a pickup two days in advance of an international flight. On the day of the flight, the driver never showed up, and when I called to find out where he was, the dispatcher told me that because I hadn't texted the driver a half and hour before, he had told him not to show up! We would have missed an international flight if my neighbor hadn't kindly driven us to Newark at the last minute. Unbelievable.

Very nice driver, he said it was his first night driving so I didnt catch his name but he was a great driver and very friendly.

I had to bounce to walmart and back in Pburg. Called Eddy's and the friendly dispatch told me driver would be there in 10 minutes. Robert was right on time and very nice. Vehicle was clean. It was considerably cheaper than what was listed on Lyft. I recommend Eddy's Taxi.Thank you for choosing Eddy's Taxi Service. Your business is greatly appreciated.
