When we had an ice/snow storm here, I had slid into a curb and it bent the wheel axle. They had to find parts with the logistic issues, but were able to complete it on the day I needed it, before going on a 2 week trip. They became very good at follow up as it got closer to being done. They did a great job cleaning the inside and out before delivery. Friendly and professional.

The service at J&WCarstar was stellar. They asked me my preferred way of receiving communication, then they followed through with updates every couple days, just as promised. My car is beautiful! Very pleased! And highly recommend them! Good job! The front office staff was also super friendly and helpful!

This was the place I found through Honda Dealership site as they're referral. I chosed this location based on it's most high reviews. I sure regret it though. My husband and I were stressed due to our car was hit by an uninsured motorist and our Insurance covered the cost to have it done...however, this place did not communicate from day one even after requesting for transparency throughout the work of the car for over 30 day of our rental agreement with our insurance. Jeff the rep was not a good service guy that did our car. Hardly no communication and we were pretty much stressed out along the way of the process because the car wasn't done right the 1st time. 1.) Water damaged to the back seat 2.) Rock molder was scratched and wasn't fixed, was just put back on to our car. 3.) A teal colored paint like scratch was stained to the front side bumper of our car...to our New champagne gold New Honda Accord. Not sure why that had happened. I complained and sent my before and after photos of our car to Jessica/Receptionist personal cell phone in order for the Manager Brian to see...said they needed to get the car back to have it fixed for a couple of days. Needless to say, they covered the rental agreement for almost a week that they needed to correct the car and 2 out of 3 of the request were fixed. Found out that the same Jeff Rep. and Brian the Manager were fixing our car to make it right the 2nd time. We were told that we'd be expecting a call to inform us if the car would be done and ready to be picked up but unfortunately, there was no call. I called Saturday at 10am to ask and Jeff answered. Said the car is ready outside and that they will be closed at 12pm noon. His response was his Manager had told us...my response to Jeff was your Manager informed us that we were supposed to receive a call from you. Needless to say...that said we are glad that the car was corrected amidst the stress of the outcome we were worried that it might not. "Don't want to deal with that...ever again."
