So, I decided to fix my car myself. Someone hit my door and I got two huge rock chips on the hood. I almost succeeded and by some strange chance it started sprinkling and I started to get fish eye all over the hood and the side panel. I didn’t want to put in another 7hrs of labor and $100 bucks in paint to do it all over again. If you don’t have a garage, I wouldn’t recommend painting it yourself. Anyway, I decided to look Maaco up. I saw the one in National City had pretty good honest reviews. I came by on a Monday, and Ruben was quick to greet me. He showed me around. Showed me the options, and we decided on the base and clear. He highly recommended it because of the color match, and the fact that my car is brand new. Ruben told me it would only be a few days, and I got it back in 3. Ruben, if you read this, thank you and your crew! You guys did really good job! I can’t even see any repairs or color blending. I would highly recommend this MAACO.

They performed their task admirably. I’ll be seeing them again since a goofy old man crashed into the driver’s side rear quarter panel. I trust only Maaco to repair and repaint our car with their excellent and professional integrity.

Update They fixed most of the paint issues far from perfect but much better than before still waiting for them to finish fixing some small things. Took my truck in to get repainted and was quoted 3 to 5 days, called the 5th day the and was told the vehicle was not ready but would be the next day. I then called 3 days later (2 working days) was told the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up it had not been cleaned and was full of sanding debris and dust. The paint is far from perfect and has a lot of problems from over spray on to the inside interior, several runs in the paint and additional damage to the vehicle. Was told by employees that the owner doesn't answer his phone and that email is the only way to get ahold of him, sent an email and awaiting a response to see about fixing these issues. Will update.... this place is far from professional and doesn’t live up to the MAACO name, this is my second car to MAACO the first one was an amazing experience and the pain was better than expected.
