Took my 13’ Chevy traverse in to get a shudder diagnosed again when it was formerly diagnosed by another company for the same issue I just couldn’t do their prices so I called around and called AAMCO who was more affordable and they diagnosed it with the same issue the other company did - a torque converter shudder. I then dropped it off and they told me it would be a week or more until it’s ready. The part took awhile to arrive but once it did they were quick to get it back together. My car now drives a lot more smooth! Very happy with the customer service and fairly quick turnaround time compared to other places. Would definitely take my vehicle there again.

We had a great experience here. Brent & the team did a fantastic job putting in a new water pump & belt & got our car back to us when they said they would. We were very disappointed in the first place we went to, I'm so glad I kept calling places & found Aamco- thanks again, we WILL be back

Brent was a very friendly guy. Told him I wanted to check my ac as the clutch was turning on and off frequently. I filled it with freon yesterday and brought it in telling him it did end up getting cold. I still wanted to get it checked, but his response was "well what are we going to find or fix if it is blowing cold?" That is what we fix. Guess I need to go somewhere else. Proceeded to tell me the free ac check would then need to be at least $150.00 to see if there was a leak. Guess what I am curious about is what is the free check about then? Telling me my ac isn't blowing cold air which one can figure out by turning it on?

Went here for a vehicle inspection. Brent was very polite, nice, and professional. Another mechanic also said hi to me when he walked in the door. I've never had to have my vehicle services, but for the inspection they did I have nothing but good things to say. The lobby area was clean and inviting
