We'll start with the good that earned them the 2 stars. They have online ordering through Clover that charges the same prices as if you were ordering there in person. The staff was nice, not super nice, but as one should expect from someone who works in the service industry. For our drinks, they brewed the tea fresh (this doesn't seem to be the case for all their teas). Now for the bad. The drinks took longer than expected, which wouldn't have been an issue if the drinks tasted good. We got milk teas and they tasted like watered down milk with a hint of tea. The cups were marked with a code to identify the drink but that doesn't help the customer who's trying to figure out which drink belongs to who. If this review was based purely on the milk teas we got, I would have given this place zero stars.

This place has the best boba! Always the perfect texture. Their drinks are always delicious and the service is so fast and friendly. They have online ordering that makes it so easy to just pick up our order on the way home.

Great place to chill for a while. I really like the hor-coffee (horchata and coffee) and cinnamon coffee cake. Plenty of seating inside and out. Plenty of parking. Friendly and attentive service.

TeaPoP is a nice cool little spot around the neighborhood that offers great teas and good coffee. Don’t forget their pastries. My go to is their Thai Ice Tea. The atmosphere is very chill. They have a back area where you can enjoy your drinks but has relax. They often support local vendors and have them collaborate small events. Since day one of opening up in my neighborhood they customer service is great. They offer military discount, which I love.
