TERRIBLE SERVICE. Trying to give a FREE couch to this place and they won’t accept it because it’s used and not new. Your telling me there is NO ONE out there that is in need of a nice couch (just needs to be vacuumed)?! RIDICULOUS how you get treated for trying to do a good service.

Horrible place to rent for hall! Had my wedding reception there, they promised a lot that sounded perfect. They did not deliver! No drink selection, rude bartender, no communication between their staff, made us leave an hour and a half early, made the d j shutdown almost 2 hours early. Did not tell us there was a party in the other half do we could mark it better! I left my own reception in tears because they were all so rude at the end!

There is a bin outside of the DAV that you can donate clothes and smaller things in or you can check with the Paralyzed Vets.

No, but you can contact an organization called Moving Veterans Forward. They would love to get those things and will even pick the items up. Don't have the number off hand but u can google it. And yes, it is a non-profit.

Try the HUD/VASH program. Its a program that helps homeless Vets obtain housing. Sometimes they need Tvs&furniture
