We booked this hotel last minute and when we pulled into the parking lot I was relieved that it looked nice. Upon entering our room, we were impressed, very nice layout and clean. At first glance I would have given this hotel 5 stars but it quickly lost points for all that eventually turned us off. First, we went to put some drinks in the fridge and opened the cabinet to find a huge puddle of water. I guess someone turned it down and it defrosted. Not a huge deal, but I let the front desk know right away so I wasn't held responsible for any damage that the water caused to the furniture or carpet. At that time, I asked for extra towels for showering and so I could wipe up the water. She said no one was around and I could come get them. When we got back from dinner, I stopped by the desk for the extra towels. She questioned me how many nights am I there, like I shouldn't be getting towels for a one night stay. I said we like to shower and plus I need towels to replace the ones I used to clean up the leaky fridge. I was annoyed, never have I been questioned when asking for room supplies at any other hotel. THEN, this is my BIGGEST COMPLAINT, the POOL WAS FILTHY! It was the dirtiest pool I have ever seen. There were pieces of paper or something floating all in it. Algae too and lets not forget the fake nails that were all over the bottom and around the floor. I was so grossed out, that pool needs a good cleaning. Next, we go up to shower and the tub does not drain. The water sits at your ankles. We had to constantly stop the water to let it go down the drain. The toilet didn't flush much better either, but at least it didn't clog. The beds and pillows are comfortable but unfortunately, it is a noisy hotel. It sits right on a major highway, so if you have a back facing room, you will hear trucks and motorcycles all night. The hotel can't help that, but be aware. I would ask for a front facing room, just a heads up if you choose to stay here. Lastly, upon check out, I told them about the pool and shower, and asked for a printed out bill. I was shocked and upset, I was charged more than I was told when I made the reservation with Edwin over the phone. The person helping me, Shay, said let me look into it and he did do the right thing and discounted the room a bit. Just too many things turned me off here and it is not a hotel I would ever revisit. It's good for a one night stay at most, but only if you have no other options. Just my honest review, hope it helps the hotel make some changes and correct their issues.

Our room was awesome! Large & spacious. Clean, fresh. Extra towels, soaps etc… Check in and checkout super easy and convenient. The hotel lobby & hallways were very clean. The pool was just what we were expecting from the pictures. Overall no complaints. Excellent stay! Highly recommended.

Positive: Staff was very accommodating and the room was very nice. Beds were very comfortable we all slept like babies. Negative: When you have three adults staying in a room, at least have sufficient cups for coffee in the morning. And to make sure that you don¿t leave it empty tissue box sitting in the bathroom tender

The beds were so comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond for our group. I would highly recommend! Breakfast was good too for being included
