Horrible experience! The staff other than John is extremely rude and combative. You can't ask a question without being yelled at, I will never use them again. They deserve no stars at all, I was told they don't have the capability to send a picture of flowers or send a confirmation of delivery. Read the reviews most people are not satisfied with them. I called and cancelled my order!!

I live in North Carolina and needed a florist up north. There is a very special woman there who has had my heart for 30 years. The first time I sent her flowers from Rich Mar’s, she could barely speak. She said they were the most beautiful and definitely the biggest flowers she had ever gotten. I continue to use them every time I send her flowers and she’s never been disappointed.
