After waiting 5 min to place a drive thru order I received a chicken sandwich without a top bun. When I went on line to complain and filled out the full requested information I could not submit it; the app continued to request information that was clearly present. This chain needs help on all fronts. Heading elsewhere in the future.

The place was ok, they need to step-up on clean. We walking in the place and the first thing a man from the staff said was "Who let you in?" It was 10:00 Am in the morning and he was trying to explain that we don't have enough staff to keep indoor dining open. So we told them it's all good, we will make mobile order and pick up and leave. Manger said no because the "MOBLIE ORDER HAVE TO BE ONLY IN DRIVE THROUGH." Please someone from the staff explain and educate that man that mobile order can be pick up in store. It's not only for drive through. The man was so uneducated that he didn't even know thir store is showing open online. Only message I have for the GM is to hire people that can read and have high education then middle school.

The dinning room was filthy. Ketchup all over the place, water on the floors in-front of the beverage station, ice was empty and machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Service was SLOW, it took me 10 minutes just to order. Cashier dropped my food on the floor and laughed and the manager just rolled his eyes at her. I had to ask twice for missing items. Manager helping make the food had no gloves on while handling the food. My food was cold and old. The bathrooms were equally as dirty, water and toilet paper all over the floor. I don’t know what is happening in that restaurant but it’s not good. Definitely will not be returning.

They were pretty busy. sat on drive through for about 30 mins. Also you have to check your bag before you leave happened to me twice unless you want to comeback if they forgot to put your order in your bag..

Worst experience. We are in a middle of a road trip from RI to PA...we were so happy to find a Wendy's. 1st the sign on the door says open for indoor dining but all the doors were locked then we waited in line for 40 minutes and when to food came out, it was cold and not everything we ordered was in the bag. The fries were like rubber.
Masks seem optional when I go to the drive through.
