WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY PE HONDA DEALERSHIP! I URGE DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THEM. I bought Honda CR-V 2022 Hybrid model. I locked the pricing with the sales manager 2.5 Months ago (In April). They promised me that they will deliver in May. I got the car in June End. They charged me more saying that MSRP has been increased. The main part was nobody informed or communicated with me about that. The finance interest rate are based on our Credit history that we all know. I think we all have rights to search everyplace where are we getting the cheaper rate. The sales Manager Andrew gave us the rate based on our credit which was high. I asked him that I know different place outside where I can get the loan for lower rate. HE GAVE ME WORST ANSWER. "If you go outside, we will not hold your car. we will sell this car to next available customer". Be aware of MR. Andrew. He knew I have waited 2.5 months for the car so he was playing games on this. They did not communicate any of this thing ahead of time. Do not recommend anyone!! I can not reply on the reply given by PE Honda, SO I am editing my review: There are other dealership who do not charge over MSRP and provides better customer service than you. You did not answer my single question or concern. The start is worst, I am not sure about the journey. I can read reviews on your future service as well. I hope you do not lie to your customer in future.

I recently bought a Honda Civic LX 2018 and was helped by Tony Innarella. Honestly it went smoother and faster than the first time I bought a car! I had a great experience with Tony and left feeling like I got an amazing deal. Thank you so much!!!!

Stay away from this service dealer. I have only lived in this area a short time but by far the worse mechanic I’ve ever taken my car to for simple service. The first time was 4 brand new tires & alignment. As soon as I get on Rt 78 the steering wheel starting shaking so much I had to take it back to them. The head service advisor has the audacity to say “oh I guess the mechanic didn’t do the alignment correctly”. Really? What a unprofessional thing to say. Yes they did fix it but still & all not a good thing. Then this last time & I do mean last I had a simple oil change & tire rotation done. I drove it again on Rt 78 & the steering wheel is shaking so very badly. I had to take it back in & when I told Jacqueline the service advisor it’s not fair I have to wait again her reply was “ well you think it’s fair these people who are here now w/appointments have to wait? My reply was well if you did it right the 1st time I would have no need to be back. Needless to say I waited almost 2 hrs & they had to rotate the tires back to the original way & after balancing said the steering wheel is still shaking & now they think it’s the suspension. They also had given me a laundry list of many things wrong w/the car. Now how can I have a power steering leak & need new tie rods & sway bar bushings when that was all repaired by a mechanic family friend a few months ago. I think they just look at whatever was wrong w/the car prior. Oh & last June when car was there for an oil change they said I needed new brakes. Haha it’s almost a year now & still brakes are fine. I had a friend look at them. This places does unnecessary repairs just to pad their wallets. Just be very careful w/your car if you go there for service. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Wish someone would have warned me.

Working with this dealership has been a headache right from the start. Stay away if you can. Andrew the sales manager will lie about warranties and services to rope you in. And forget it if your a single woman, they will try to rip you right off. My wife was promised free oil changes for life by Andrew only later to have him lie to our face that this was never said. Also, they promised my wife 12,000 on the trade in for her Odyssey but tacked on an additional 5k to the MSRP price! No explanation was given to her about this price bump. The finance guy who talked to me couldn’t explain it either but was at least honest and friendly about it. Oh and the extended warranty for body work! Andrew again promised her all body work was covered yet when a small scratch in a grocery lot happened, we’re told that the warranty does not cover paint damage….now we’re trying to buy out the lease and are told now there is a full tax charge, a 600 dollar doc fee, interest will be tacked on up front for any financing, and there will be a “market adjustment fee” the guy lost me on that one!!! My wife walked out disgusted. My advice, don’t trust anything Andrew the sales manager says. As a war veteran I’m urging all veterans to stay as far away as possible. Seth and Melissa Vaughn

I believe you mean the panty dropper ad? Yeah totally inappropriate, tasteless and sexist. Bill Hav is a real winner.
There are covid practices in place. No salesperson in the car when you test drive, partitions when you are going through the sale, masks in place and hand sanitizer openly available.
We do have access to an Accord in Sonic Gray. Feel free to call us at 908-859-5800

Call Honda
If you need service done, itll be best to call them or go to the locatio .
The lender may offer a cosigners release if the person you co-signed for has shown they can handle the payments, but this isn't common. The other borrower could try to refinance the loan, or you can sell the car. From TheBalance.com "As a general rule, the bank won’t remove your name from a cosigned debt unless the other person has demonstrated they can handle the loan on their own. Think about it: you would never have been asked to cosign if the other borrower had shown this ability from the beginning. Maybe things have changed since then. The bank will definitely want proof."
Wow, I find all employees to be right on the mark. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Granted, when you go to the dealership for service, they want to sell you the ultimate vehicle updates and such. That however Is a reality in retail. I always appreciate the fact that they even offer it all.
We recommend calling chrins when you receive the voucher, PA gives you 10 days to inspect your vehicle and they should always be able to fit you in within that time.
