This was the second time my mother and I were turned away empty handed. The sales person that started to help left us so he could eat his lunch. There were 4 more sales persons that were not helping others customers they were laughing and shooting the breeze. We left after 10 minutes. I took my mother home, ordered the IPhone 13 for her from Apple, it arrived the next day. I set it up for her, wiped her old phone and traded it in. It was so easy. I can’t believe they didn’t want any commission. Too bad, so sad.
