Update: ROACHES Another update: they charged us for the next month even though we had to move out suddenly because of ROACHES and now they didn't call us back and aren't answering out calls. Chris was very kind and courteous. He took time to show us what we needed to know.

Friendly, professional staff. Very good communication and customer service. Don't let the easy "no contact" online setup fool you into thinking you won't have a person on site to greet you and help with any needs you have. I use Extra Space Storage throughout the country for work, and this Glendale location has the best staff I've encountered.

Stay away! The first week I had my stuff in storage here had a flimsy lock that someone broke and stole my most valuable things. The best they could do was tell me they would change the lock and refund me for that month. It literally went from $110 a month for a little cubby hole to $209 in a years time! These people are crooks and I should have sued them. I had to leave because of the insane price increase. You would think after their negligence they would cut me a break considering the circumstances. Nope They should have a way to give negative stars, they don’t deserve one

Great friendly staff. Guy who booked unit there had a busy day but was patiently awaiting my turn to provide each customer their own personal tour of the place and went over options . The out process was very simple and quick as well as long as you call and reach someone to verify the unit has been cleared it went smoothly.
