The sales people they hire are an example of why sales people get a bad rep. They are pushy and do not disclose everything. They will say that you can cancel at any time which it is not true. They tie you down to a FIVE YEAR contract and you have have to cancel 30 days (in writing) prior to your fifth anniversary or they renew you for one more year. The alarm system is no different than another company, however, when there is faulty equipment they charge you for the equipment and the visit from the tech. They lost a client and any possible referrals from us!

Buyer beware, their service and follow up is horrible. They do not live up to their end of the contract. My system was not working for months and after repeated unreturned calls for service requests they would not let me cancel the service because of the auto-renewal. Just terrible customer service.

I do not recommend Vio security. I signed a 5 year contract with them in 2016. My dad was here during installation. My dad has been dead since 2016. Vio security said my contact started in 2017 not 2016. Then in July 2022, when my contract was ending, I sent them a certified letter asking my account be closed since my contract was expiring. August of 2022 they continued to withdraw from my bank account. Vio wouldn't stop deducting money,so I had to call the fraud department at my bank to get the deduction stopped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VIO SECURITY to anyone. I had numerous problems with them.

Anthony is a very hard worker. He has a great personality and a great work ethic. He is very knowledgeable with his product and how it work. He represents VIO Securities, the company that he works for, very well. And is a main reason we have them as our Security company.
