Beware of the older guy behind the shipping counter. He clearly hates his job, and it shows in the way he has treated me on multiple occasions and probably other customers as well. You want good customer service? You won't find it here.

The worst service ever, almost everyone is cold and and ornery. The energy there is not pleasant, and I recommend if you feel the same make a complaint on their website and on here. It’s unfortunate that people have to suffer because of a bad culture or environment. Upper management apologize and seem nice but everyone same energy. Oh and I’ve been more than 10x. Seems after I encounter the certain workers there I have to get a massage for the stress it adds, not literally.

I absolutely can’t stand this place. The workers in the shipping department act as if they are doing you a Huge favor by shipping you boxes. Absolute abysmal service. Rude and aggressive. Avoid. Awful place. Please get a new manager if you’re reading this fedex.

The store manager Carlos makes up fake policies to abuse customers for no reason. I came here as a customer mailing out 2 packages for over $80. I then had to prepare some other labels so I sat at one of the terminals with a seat and desk using my computer to go through my email and prepare other shipments. Carlos the manager came up to me and said “sir people are only allowed to be in our store for 15 minutes and you can’t use our desk, you need to leave.” I asked what the problem was when I’m here preparing documents and there are tons of other open spaces available. Also, I said “there’s no policy that says I should only be in the store 15 minutes.” There was a sign right next to the computer saying please consider limiting computer time use to 30 minutes. Carlos said “would you like to see the store policy?” Yes please. He flips through his book for quite sometime and brings it back to me and it says “Set up signs on every other space saying please consider limiting to 30 minutes use. Store employees are not to be monitoring time customers spend on computers.” So here we have Carlos, limiting my use, coming up to me and telling me people are only allowed in the store 15 minutes. He didn’t apologize for being blatantly wrong by his own policies. He went on to push me to say well I couldn’t use the sit down area because I was using my own computer. I told him if there were not other places for people to sit and use the computer I completely understand, but you’re bothering me trying to get work done when there’s many other terminals open. And furthermore there’s open countertop space setup with plugs for many people to setup their laptop while standing, would you prefer me to use those instead? I don’t see what the problem is. Carlos then just walked away from me. I said “so what’s the problem here?” He then walked back and said “you’re just arguing, so I’m not going to argue, do whatever you need to do.” I told him there’s no arguing going on, I have a problem with you approaching me, making up policies and bothering me while I’m doing work here and a customer. There was another older guy sitting at an open desk with no computer using his phone and WiFi to ready documents and Carlos tried to say he shouldn’t even be allowed to be there. That’s non sense, the area is setup specifically for what the guy is using it for and I told Carlos that. Carlos the manger never said sorry for making up incorrect policies, he just got in a huff and walked away because I wasn’t breaking any policies. Tried to claim I wasn’t allowed to use my device in the store. Stop bothering people that aren’t doing anything wrong. Your customer experience is horrible. Avoid this store.
