The woman who helped me today at station 4 in the Shallotte drivers license office is a saint!! I had not noticed that my insurance card was outdated and she not only helped and waited patiently while I got a copy faxed, but we had a good laugh at how upset abs scary I looked in the first photo she took! She said she couldn’t let me go with that photo on my license and kindly took it again. I’m grateful for her patience and sense of humor. Thank you!!!!

This place is the worst. Not only do they not answer the phone to make an appointment they make you wait outside for hours to be called. This system clearly is not working. Thank you government owned for coming through again

went in feb to get my license renewed, I still have not got it back I have called and called and no one ever picks up I was on hold on another location and it was like that for 3 hours and I have not talked to one person. Six help tickets later they say oh it was sent in feb and I said no it wasn't or someone would of said it a long time ago. I told them to figure it out because I have paid for it there suggestion was to go again and how can i go when they are no longer taking appointments. I am beyond furious and will take action. They are lazy and do not care I am beyond Livid I just want my license!!!!!!!
