I wish I couldn’t give a star because that’s how bad it went to refund my merchandise today. Mr. Rodrigo standing behind the counter has no type of customer service skills. Pretty pathetic! Really bad for business. Get rid of him. When I purchased my merchandise before Christmas, I thought to myself ok he’s having a bad day. Nope I thought wrong. I think it is certain people he discriminates. I’ve noticed how he talked to certain people. I didn’t want to believe it but it did to me.

I asked about being able to embroider a hat, and the guy I asked to help from looked disinterested. He was more preoccupied about stocking merchandise. Told me the only font they can embroider was block letters. Yet the sign at the front of the store said on a hat “Your Logo Here”. It is what it is, but bad customer service that day for sure.
