The OC , the trainer himself is super nice and funny, and really wants the best for you. There’s a lot of good energy in the workout room and they play a lot of good and fun music, defiantly a comforting place to train or just work out, they push to do the best for you and help you reach your goals, and they care about their clients and are interested in how they’re doing and it’s very motivating! very highly recommended!!

I have been training with O.C. for 3 weeks now and I am so happy! He is a great trainer and takes the time to explain each exercise to me. I also appreciate the variety of the sessions. Not one session has been the same. He has incorporated boxing into our sessions which I really enjoy! Overall O.C. is very knowledgeable and motivating! 10/10 recommend!
