It's a nice park. Trees are still growing up so there's not much shade. Overall it is a nice park for Southern Oregon

RV site review - Sourthen Oregon , Central Point (Medford), OR Our rig: 17’ Casita travel trailer; prefer peaceful, clean, well maintained facility with good wifi; cable, pool, doggie areas, playgrounds, clubhouses not among our needs. Site surface: concrete Level: yes Spacing, landscaping: spacing good, uniform, a few trees, shrubs at most sites, grass between sites - 2 good sized ponds Amenities: wifi and phone adequate, water, sewer, electric all good, tho sewer location at back not good for our small rig Park appearance: clean, well maintained, fairly new Bath/Shower: clean, very plain, well maintained bath and shower areas Contacts: online registration, registration building not staffed this visit (had been on 2 previous stays). Don’t know if temporary due to Covid. Pricing: $38 + $4 registration fee Notes: Just fine for our purposes. Well maintained, quiet enough for good sleep though adjacent to I5 freeway, clean, well behaved clientele. I believe the park has been repurposed at this time (temporary?) to mostly accommodate victims of the recent fires in the county. Many rigs clearly long-term. Stay again: Yes.

Really nice park. Very clean. The spaces were long enough for our 45' motorhome and Jeep. It is close to the freeway but I didn't notice the traffic. It has a little convenience store and a couple of nice fishing ponds. It is right next to the Medford Expo and Fairgrounds.

The park is very beautiful and yes 80 % of the park is occupied by fema . It's good that these fire victims have a place to call home for a while
They don't have permanent spots. There is spots available if you can afford it they do monthly but it's expensive. They also have more info on the state parks website.
Price is $54 a day. AND YES THEY ARE YEAR ROUND. BUT YOU CAN ONLY STAY 14 DAY OUT OF 30. YES THIS IS A NICE PLACE TO STAY. THEY ARE STRICT ON RULES.
2 weeks stay limit
Around $40 a night for basic sites, which do include full hook-ups
Call their phone number. You could look it up
Yes you need a license to fish most places.
No. State run park, is 2 weeks (14 days).
They do not have monthly rates. 14 days is the limit. County ran facility.
They do not have a dump station at this park.

It's been a while, but my recollection is RV only. Call them and ask them.
