Attempted to sell a few guns at a reasonable price, researching current resale value for them at their current condition and chopping off 100 to 250 from that value so they could make a profit. They came in at 40 to 50% of the actual current resale gun value. I wasn't desperate so I said thanks but no thanks. If you're looking for predatory practices when selling to a pawn shop, go here. Otherwise just use gunbroker or your local gun store to sell on consignment. I'd assume other goods get the same deal but this is conjecture. My Reply to the owners reply: One gun had only 250 rounds through it, the other had about 1.5k rounds, neither had any scuffs or marks, all were cleaned regularly, no holster wear, and smooth operation. Given I sold both of those guns for more than what I quoted as potential resale when I was in your shop, nice try, thanks for playing though. If you want any understanding of the quality of this shop or its staff just view their reply.

If I could rate these guys in the negative I would. Went in to pawn off some old golf clubs, and the guy at the counter looks me in the eye and says “sorry we only take high end clubs, and they can’t be older than 2 years”. This is a freaking pawn shop, not some 5 star outlet retailer. The audacity of these guys. Do not shop here, their service is terrible and they act entitled. They’ll look down on you just because you’re coming in to pawn something off (ironic).
