The delivery person left my packages on my driveway. We had a rain storm this morning and there was more rain predicted in the afternoon. Just to the left was my covered front porch where they would have been protected. Boxes were damp and falling apart. Im livid ! Do better!

I do home hemo dialysis and I live by myself. So I’m already buried in boxes of medical supplies in my own home. UPS drops stuff off at my house on a regular basis. I’ve had a large piece of equipment that’s been needing to get picked up for months. I can’t lift it by myself. I keep having to call my customer service reps to renew the shipping label. They tell me what days to put the gigantic box outside and it never gets picked up! Then I try to call during regular business hours and they’re not even open until 3pm. I would just take it to the office myself but I can’t lift the box and that doesn’t guarantee they’re going to take it either. This is just so frustrating.

UPS customer service is completely worthless. A long- and anxiously-awaited package containing some custom-made gifts has not arrived. The vendor sent an email asking why the delivery had been refused. Immediately I checked on UPS’ tracker. It revealed that the package had gone out for delivery FIVE DAYS AGO, but was never delivered. I visited the UPS website for help, but got none. I waited until 3:00 PM for the customer service to open and called, but could not get through the recorded messages, which were of no help, would not refer me to a live person and continued to refer me to the website I had already visited. FEDEX from now on.

I believe they open at 3:30pm until 5:30 pm. If you just want to drop it at a local drop center you can go to the pack & ship store on hwy 70 Havelock.
