The staff at Cedar Cove has bad attitude when you ask the questions it appears they don’t care about the residents and don't want to give a response. Commuication between the staff are POOR. Scheduled a visit one week in advance. Needless to say, on visiting day, staff weren't aware and my loved one wasn't prepared for the visit.. Preparation was not done with care. Clothes that was put on was from the day before Hygiene were not done. Clothes were extremely dirty, shirt button up wrong, shoes placed on backwards(right shoe on left and left shoe on the right. Inadequate amount of employees to safely care for residents. Incidents occurs and not reported/documented. For this The State of North Carolina needs to pay a visit there and Changes is needed BAD!.

I can’t say enough good things about Patty and her team at Cedar Cove. If I ever have an issue or inquiry, Patty is so quick and efficient at responding. I’m thankful to have found a place that is so compassionate.

All visitors and employees must be screened before entering the facility. Face masks must be worn at all times. The facility is being wiped down twice per shift for disinfection. We currently have no positive cases of COVID in the facility.
