I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews on here. Im a patient on the psychiatry side but I’ve been given nothing but good service. The ladies up front are always super nice and always on time calling me to set me up for my zoom appointments, always sweet towards my toddlers when they’re acting crazy in the background and very open and friendly- and my doctor has been very good as well-attentive to my needs and asking me questions/getting to the root of some things and very professional. I was kinda nervous with all of the negative reviews at first but seeing for myself I’ve been very satisfied.

The doctors are great, the group meetings need work. The counselor allows people to curse and criticize others in the group. I didn't want to do anymore group meetings after getting cursed out for having my TV on, but no volume during the group. They acted self righteous.

Intern there was very nasty to me, caused a scene and yelled at me then claimed I was “being abusive” when I showed up for an appointment he confirmed multiple times was to be in person then became enraged when I was confused. They wrote me a very large amount of Adderall immediate release after 20 minutes worth of appointments. If you’re looking for a place to write you a ton of controlled substances on a second 10 minutes appointment this is your place. Every single appointment the provider joined the video call late and left early. When I voiced my concern and asked to have all my allotted time they did not understand my concern. I stopped seeing them a couple months ago, but am now receiving bills for a drug test they forced me to take and said they would pay for because they were forcing me to take it. Their secretaries were also generally rude. One would call me repeatedly during my work day despite it being in my file to not call during my work day. When I pointed this out to her politely she cussed at me and hung up. There have been times they called 8 times in a row “just to see if I would answer the appointment reminder” (their words!)
