I have been waiting over THREE Weeks for someone to contact me about new mail box keys! I had to get a ride to Arcata and pay $25 for new keys in Mckinleyville. NOBODY answers a phone at the post offices in either town! I don't text and have no online accounts, so the mail is the only way I get/pay my bills!

They can't figure out how to cash money orders. Boxes are delivered to glendale drive open wand missing items, happened to me and the neighbors

Over 35 years this tiny hole-in-the-wall has been a sanctuary. As I don't use a PO Box, I can't answer to complaints, but aside from the occasional long lines, ours is the best Office I've been to. And the continuity of staff means an overall aura of good will and quiet competence.

I love this little post office station. However, after the break-in the hours for the lobby changed. I saw that the USPS still has the lobby posted as open on the weekend. I live in Eureka. Do I need to drive up there to check my post office box on the weekend if it is indeed not open? Need information posted! Please post current lobby hours!
