I'm at south end today. If you've never been here before when you walk out to beach and look at where you came in at. Restroom alsoAlso park service did an Awesome job on new walkway!!! Wish they had tick signs tho! Even dog ticks carry diseases. But deer ticks can you lymes. Believe me you don't want lymes disease. But great beach. Walk down to left south and there's a creek . right now it's pretty clean yay! has a restroom up top too

It's fine, I don't believe there's anything against it
I'm not sure. I've never had a problem with the dog owners and I'm sure there are plenty of beaches that enforce strict leash laws. Some beaches u can camp, some u can't. Some beaches allow horses while others do not
