I really enjoyed living in Aperture in the past 2 years. This apartment is high quality from head-to-toe. First and foremost, I love our managers and maintenance crew! Miguel at the front desk is a god-sent. He's super personable, and he resolves issues FAST. He helped us bring in packages that people dropped outside of the lobby door often. He also gave us a lot of good advice, and suggestions for the surrounding area (e.g. hiking in San Bruno hills, or where to find good foot massages/food). He's more like a dear friend than an employee here. Our maintenance person, Oscar, is amazing. He's super polite and efficient at resolving any issues (most appliances are new, and issues are just small wear-and-tear). Secondly, I loved the activities (Xmas parties, Halloween parties) at the open-aired foreyard. We had nice food, amazing deserts and good conversations. It's a good community we have here. Thirdly, Aperture is a very new (built 2 years ago) apartment, with central air, great insulation (sound and warmth), and pretty amazing gym. We have secure package delivery system (Luxor package console), and individual mail boxes etc. I have never lost any package here. I particularly enjoyed the large sized in-unit washer and dryer. My partner and I liked it here so much we planned on living despite long commutes.

Living at Aperture apartments was a wonderful experience. The building manager, Miguel is such a kind and compassionate individual and approaches his job with so much care. The apartments are clean, quiet, and there are events that get thrown occasionally for the entire apartment. I couldn’t have found a better place to live in San Bruno!

High quality apartment complex with extremely friendly, thoughtful staff. Miguel and Hina truly care about the happiness of their residents and it shows in their comms and events. They take extra care to ensure resident/building safety by protecting packages/deliveries and maintaining the cleanliness of the complex. Oscar is also always quick to address maintenance requests, which is super appreciated. Really happy we chose to live at Aperture!

My sincere appreciation to Jeana Morrow for helping me a successful move into San Bruno Aperture. She did an excellent job for guiding me through from apartment selection and application process. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile from her during my tour of the building. She and her Manager Josue always respond promptly to all my questions. They are truly a great team.
