I like this Starbucks and the barista‘s are always knowledgeable and friendly. However I always order a brown sugar oat milk and when I asked about the oat milk the barista verified that they indeed had oat milk. However, once I ordered and paid for my drink the barista informed me the store was out of cinnamon. If you can’t make the drink just tell me before I pay please and thank you.

Could you place the tip jar where we pick the drinks up? I want my$1.85 back. A pair of yoga pants placed their order after me (no offense to the lady) and got her order filled before mine.
