This store only gets 4 stars because of the people. Lots of parking and easily accessible. The store itself is in desperate need of refurbishing. It's clean, but tired and old. Dingy. There's good stock of pet food and pet care items. Some animals but not a great selection. But the customer service is fantastic and the team members are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

First kudos to Mia in the grooming salon. She always makes me and my pups feel special. Second many thanks to Brian in the Burke Petco because he took the time to help me select a carrier for my dog. He also convinced me to join the monthly Petco Health program. He’s a great addition to Petco family

Horrible treatment...the staff. not everyone but the cashier making snide comments. That was the last straw...then the manager on duty ran and decided to hide....I spend anywhere from 2-300.00 iif not more well...not anymore...I will be calling corporate in the morning..this store seriously needs leadership and direction...

Honestly I don’t leave reviews but felt I should. I have a shih tzu who had medium length hair. I took him in yesterday excited for a cut. When I returned my dog was completely SHAVED! I didn’t ask for him to be shaved and not happy at all. My dog came back not himself and was shaking all day. I paid over $100 for something I didn’t want. They didn’t even let me see my dog until after I paid something I regret. DO NOT take your dog here!!!
