Nice station, with busses that run all day long to DC and commuter trains during morning and evening hours. All still running with the pandemic! However, the lot is a tad dirty inside.

Hands down one of the best VRE stations. So much parking structure and parking lot parking. Never overcrowded, even during the busiest times.

No. There is just a platform and the parking garage. There is no attendant.
There is one northbound and one southbound Amtrak each day that stop at Burke Centre VRE station.
As far as I know you can park for free in the garage overnight.
Northbound train at 12:56pm and southbound train at 5:09pm.
