Ive been a member since late May. I would say my athleticism a scale of 1 to 10, Im about a 7.5 and Ive never boxed before. Flexible class schedule whether if you are a morning person (like me), an afternoon or evening person. There is consideration for beginners. The morning classes (with Tommy) are divided into 8 rounds three to four minutes a piece, round 7 and 8 are the most intense. I gave 4 stars because I have signed up for a class and no one was there to give the class... However the good with the bad, but that situation has happen once in three months. In my eyes no issue, I was reimbursed for the class after emailing the situation. All in all I would say its a good warm up for experienced individuals and a excellent workout for beginners. Good job Title Boxing!

Great classes and all the trainers are friendly and helpful. Both the boxing and kickboxing classes are accessible for people of all ages and fitness levels. Also a really fun way to get your cardio.

Great workouts, coaches and classes. They have flexible class schedules seven days a week and you can drop in whenever. They offer boxing, kickboxing, personal training and yoga so it's a great mix. The workouts will really push you and the coaches care about helping you build technique and grow. I really enjoy being a member and the membership is totally worth everything you get from it!

Amazing team!! Always a great whole body workout both with boxing and kickboxing! Also the classes are extremely fun and engaging, the 45 minutes go by in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to build strength, learn boxing and be in shape!

Absolutely! Our boxing club is designed to be all-inclusive, meaning that people of all ages, body types, and abilities are welcome to join. If you're interested in joining, come over to the club and try a class. Our trainers will get you set up and will walk you through the workout. You will need a pair of hand wraps (available for purchase at the club), but your first class is on us!
Junaid - We appreciate your question. Our gym is not designed to trainer fighters. Instead we offer cardio boxing and kickboxing classes for individuals of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels. Many of our trainers are former/current fighters and can help you find a gym to train in to become a fighter if that is a goal of yours.
Joana - We specialize in cardio-boxing classes which are great fun workouts. However, we also offer personal training for those interested in really developing solid boxing techniques. Most of our trainers have amateur or professional boxing experience. Please come in and check us out so we can better understand your needs.

Hello Alfie - I'll answer your questions in reverse order. We do offer morning classes at our Springfield and Falls Church locations. Our website is always the best way to review class schedules. Non-members can take an initial class for $25, which will include your hand wraps and loaner gloves. That amount is credited back in full or at $20 if you decide to join as a member that day. I hope we get chance to demonstrate why we are the best club in town!

No cover charge! If you've never done boxing/kickboxing before we have gloves you can borrow you'll just need your own wraps. Wraps are just $12 here if you need to purchase and you'll keep them after the workout!
