Hello Alfie - I'll answer your questions in reverse order. We do offer morning classes at our Springfield and Falls Church locations. Our website is always the best way to review class schedules. Non-members can take an initial class for $25, which will include your hand wraps and loaner gloves. That amount is credited back in full or at $20 if you decide to join as a member that day. I hope we get chance to demonstrate why we are the best club in town!
