This is a wonderful facility with outstanding staff that are very friendly and more importantly very helpful. I am somewhat disabled and the staff will go out of their way to assist me when I need it. The Black Card membership is the way to go and it's price cannot be beaten. This membership offers free tanning beds and mechanical massage tables and chairs. The staff does a great job keeping the equipment in good repair and keeps the facility clean. Their knowledge is spot on. I highly recommend the West Springfield location and I hope to meet you there.

Planet Fitness is great. Affordable and convenient. 24-hour operation, lots of equipment available. The one knock on my local gym is that broken equipment can be down for weeks and if it is the only machine of its kind, it is pretty frustrating. This is on the regional management to be sure that needs of the locations are being addressed in a timely manner and that if it is the only type of that equipment that it's repair or replacement be prioritized.

Very super clean. I like the way the bench is not close to the wall so other people cannot look from the top as Sterling and Westfield Blvd. Only need to fix the hot water system. One shower is hot, and the 2nd is cold cold water; and next is little hot. They are convenient for 24 hr/7 days. Big gym, more machines. Tan bed. Nice Chair massage and other two chair massage. I like the living room space. Thank you so much!

$12 Classic Membership $22 Black Membership
Dirt cheap...5$ signup plus 10$ a month for the basic 20$ a month for the "Black Card" level which includes a free guest anytime, and use of the massage chairs and tanning booths. Nationwide Downside is they dont have super heavy dumbells/barbells over 60 pounds, or specialized stuff like boxing, medicine balls, kettle bells, etc etc But it if thats all you need, its a great gym.

I'm currently rehabing my knee after two surgeries and PF is the perfect environment for me to do so. What do you have to lose? A couple of pounds 😉its worth every penny
Yes, for black card members. It's only an additional $10/ month more for the upgrade, but it allows for unlimited tanning. There are only two different types of beds (standing and basic traditional beds). I find it well worth the price as most tanning salons will cost you a minimum of $40/ month for unlimited tanning, plus black card members get unlimited use of massage table and chairs, and can bring a guest with them at any time.
