Horrible return service!! I purchased a land line phone from them on Tuesday, went home and plugged it in and headed out to roseburg and let it charge. Was gone about 5 hours and I tried to call my husband on it and it didn’t not hold a charge. So on my way home I went by and spoke to the same lady I purchased it from, she told me to just bring it back with my receipt… so today on Saturday I did just that. there was a young gentleman a the counter instead of the lady this time…. And he told me he couldn’t exchange the none working $3.50 phone I purchased for a cute shirt that cost the same, OR refund me because I didn’t have the little price sticker that said it cost that much still on it…. But he could take it as a donation!!!!—— customer service advise… “ If you can keep a customer happy and coming back… then you earn more then less.
