My kids go here to the pediatrics office and they LOVE IT! And that makes me love it too. I went through 5 different pediatricians in grants pass and Medford until I found Erin Clarke. She is a nurse practitioner but she knows what she is doing. She takes her time with my boys and is very calm and kind. I have never had to wait because so far she has always been on time. The office is quick to accommodate my kids same day any time they’re not feeling good. I am just so so happy here. Highly recommend! My kids actually enjoy going to the doctor! All the providers there have been really great.

Dr. Black is our pediatrician to our four kiddos. She doesn’t hesitate to take charge when needed, but is also one of the most empathetic Doctors I’ve ever ever met. She has an incredible heart for children, and reaches them in a way that is truly a gift. She is an amazing listener, to both parents and children, and her presence in our community is needed by many. Our family is so thankful to her.

Very sad to have to post this because it didn’t use to be like this. But today I showed up 10 minutes early to my Annual visit.There was one receptionist working.She did not get me checked in until 8 minutes passed my appt start time. The provider spoke with me for 7 minutes and didn’t want to hear any of my concerns about my health. Sent me on my way. It was a 30 minute time slot that I spent 7 with the provider. Very unprofessional. And was NOT patient centered. I feel that insurance should know they’re paying for 30 minutes of care when in reality I only got 7 minutes of terrible experience.
