I was timid at first, protip: don’t let outside opinions of the company in general sway your judgement, it holds you back from getting a great haircut! I’m not sure of the name of the girl who gave me my cut but she did EVERYTHING I asked for, & is so far, the ONLY person who has been able to tame my hair & make it the way I want since living in Indy for a year now, I’ve never felt more confident in a haircut, very affordable, very friendly staff, convenient location!

I had another great experience at Great Clips. My hair was cut exactly as I asked for and it looks great! I had registered online so there was no wait! I walked in and was seated right away!

I went to get my hair cut, and had a sixty eight minute wait time. Online check in and present instead got passed up and couldn’t get the services i wanted. I will never recommend this place. I will stick to local barbershops cause these ladies and this business doesnt care about customers who are punctual.We're sorry to hear this.
