Had an issue with a phone mount in my car, the adhesive had boiled over a few days ago and left a giant piece of glue on my windshield. An employee from the store, an older gentleman named TJ, pointed out that Safeway had a product that could help strip that right off. Thank you TJ for being a great person and going out of your way to tell me about the product and showing me where I can get it! Excellent service all around.

Sad! I enjoyed shopping at this Safeway after the other Safeway in McLean (permanently closed) failed me in the Safeway chains. I waited to ask a simple question at customer service for 15 minutes as the "managers" looked my way several times. Then someone (with no nametag) basically said he didn't have an answer for me because another company comes in to handle it. A young man who was stocking was the only positive light for this place. Your "management" (at least on Friday morning, 5/20) needs to be retrained or the young man should take their position. I guess no more Safeway shopping again.

Unprofessional employees at Safeway. What a joke! Tried to have a cup of tea at Starbucks inside of this Safeway ended up yelling each others in order for both of us to hear each others voices. One employee were talking to barista so loud while I was trying to make an order. As a result unplasent visit, and my order was incorrect. Chai tea latte, no water, extra hot with almond milk was my order, but ended up gotten it with water, NOT extra hot. It's all about her attitude, instead of stopping the conversation with other employee, she kept telling me that "I hear you!, I hear you!!! Her attitude was over the top and I feel like I was at the Auction where everyone is talking loud. They never stopped talking until my order was ready. No customer service what so ever. What a joke!😕😕😕 Not going back there again for sure!
