The work is easy but the heat is unbearable and has been the main issue for high turnover for years. They make promise after promise to get central heat and air and when it comes down to it, it’s pushed off until “next year”. Lies. Been promised for 6 years now. Employees drop like flies from heat exhaustion and/or heatstroke, me being one of them. The big wigs over the company care much much more about making money than their employees, seeing as how they’ll spend millions on a new aggregate system rather than make the work more bearable. If you can stand constant temperatures of 95-110 in the factory, more power to you.

5am to 3:30pm. That's 1st shift. 4pm to 2:30am. 2nd shift.
