I was excited to dine in Earls because the menu looked interesting but I was very disappointed. The seating area was good but felt a little gloomy. We were three adults, meeting for dinner. The waiter missed up the evening as he suggested the crab cakes. Also we ordered the Thi chicken bowl but we didn't get it but rather some shrimp dish. I could not eat the crab cake because it didn't taste anything like crab and the chef managed to ruin mashed potatoes as it had no flavor. It was the worst crab cake dish I ever ate. Also the shrimp bowl didn't have any special or unique flavor but rather very bland. But the spicy buffalo cauliflower was good. What was disappointing is that I clearly told the waiter that I didn't like the crab cake thinking that he will offer an exchange of the order or take it off our bill but he did nothing of that sort. Bottom line, I don't recommend Earls, sadly the food court has much better delicious options.

Love the ambiance and energy at Earl's. Swanky interior with posh seating. Great for groups. Very accommodating. Alex was our waiter and he was a true rock star level of service! Food was delicious and is it possible to give more than 5 stars for service. Truly the best level of service we could have asked for during our last minute team gathering. Great coaches, chairs and bar area. It is quite loud so keep that in mind.

Convenient dine in option while staying at the Hyatt Regency. Hopping place during dinner, friendly bartenders, tasty menu item. I had their BBQ ribs with warm potato salad and coleslaw. Highly recommend. Hubby had the lobster ravioli with crumbled bacon. Good chunks of lobster meat. A tad salty for my taste but otherwise, it's good plus huge portion.

Very good service. Steak was awesome. So was the sushi. Very busy spot, being busy very good service. Waiters came again and again to check up on us. And when requested something it was bright right away. Delicious food. I will go back again.
