Came into the at&t store and Joseph was so helpful. Had tried calling at&t on the phone, and I was having trouble but once I went into the store and spoke with Joseph, he absolutely walked me through everything and was so thorough. Thank you Joseph, you were wonderful. There ought to be more salesmen like Joseph. I hope I dont have to come in often, but if I do he is there for me.

Brandon gave us amazing service! We came in 1 hour before closing & he took great care of us helping us with upgrade our phone plan from a super old one. He was so nice and filled us in on all the details and information we needed to know so we could fix up our stuff. His kindness is definitely hard to come by in customer service & I’m so glad we came to this location. Thank you Brandon! :)

Once again, I had a great experience at this AT&T store. I needed to upgrade my phone and Trevor made the process easy and quick. He made sure all my data was transferred and everything working properly before I left. This store gives a more personal experience and less wait time than the big, shiny place down the street.

I really, really cannot say enough about the professionalism of this team. The team is apparently very tenured, all having worked in this location for a while together so when you are in the store, customers will come in consistently asking for a particular staff member by name. Almost feels like Cheers-that old TV show about a bar in Boston "where everybody knows your name". Pretty Cool. I figure if that many people keep coming back for service here, this team must be doing something right!
