Was here last week. Pool was closed for the weekend until Monday. People were fighting over a croissant at breakfast. When I arrived there was a rude receptionist, I didn’t bother to look at her tag but when she was checking us in, she got a call about another reception & spoke to them rudely that the customer asked for her name & she gave a fake. All I remember is she had glasses. The room had a strong smell that we had to open the windows despite the heat wave. My family members rooms had the same issue. There were also roaches in the bathroom & within the shower.

Both of the elevators were not working, and I think the authority should have fixed this within the two days we were there. Carrying your luggage to the third floor isn't that difficult, but obviously a working elevator helps. The stairwells we're dirty and smelly.. could've been cleaned and maintained properly, especially in case they are the only way to access the higher floors. Rooms were decent. There was a minimal breakfast spread in the morning, which was basic but nice. The TV wasn't working very well though.. the remote definitely needed replacement batteries. We didn't ask for it as we were tired. Check in and check out was very smooth. We didn't try out the pool, but saw many other patrons enjoying there. So it must be good. Location is very convenient also.

The only nice thing I have to say about this place is the room appeared clean. We were there for a weekend event at Sportika. The hotel was fully booked. When asked for extra blankets, pillows and towels, I was told they did not have any. I had 3 athletes with me that needed to sleep good and in turn I had to make a trip to Target and for $100 later I came back with pillows, blankets, sheets and towels. For a hotel to know they are fully booked why were they not prepared? I was told housekeeping had left and they did not have access to the supply closet. To top this off, the one and only elevator broke the second day we were there. We were on the top floor. Breakfast on the second day, there were no more paper plates available. Some of our friends had the rooms with the double beds and said they didn't even have a refrigerator in their room as advertised on their website. I will be calling cooperate to complain because for my room for the weekend costing $500+ I should not have had to gone out and buy the room items that I did. Will not be staying here again. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel but has no affiliation is the only thing I would recommend as their food is amazing!

Only upside is the location. Very quick to get on highway or to Princeton. Room is not very good. We arrived on Sunday, 10, April and want to visit the area on Monday. However on Monday morning, there is not enough hot breakfast there and only packages of snacks. And they are all gone bad. Me and my wife all got running stomach all day, even until in the evening when we were already in New York. We need to constantly go looking for bathroom. Don't go there.
