This place is an absolute joke. If you want to see the direction of this country, simply observe these individuals that work with ZERO urgency. Dirt left all over my truck and was pretty noticeable. I pointed this out to the "ring leader" (the sloppy looking person) who acted like the manager and all he said was "sorry". I can't believe that the Iowa 80 brand puts their name on this. This is what my $50 got me. Skip the time in line and aggravation. My worst wash from Blue Beacon was NEVER this bad!

BEWARE not good. Only truck no reason to be rush and still did a terrible job. Trailer looked just as dirty before wash. Tractor was descent.

Horrible wash job.Joplin and Walcott locations have always been great. I sent an email to the company headquarters and had a response within the hour. They made up for it. Five stars for customer service.
