Cassandra and Yessenia was a pleasure to work with, this is my first apartment home. She helped me with every single detail! Down to my payment since I am foreign exchange student I wasn’t familiar and she killed it! I love it here already !!

Horrible place to live and the management is the worst. New and nice units, but not worth the price and the headaches. I am so glad I left and counted down the days until my lease was up. Now that I'm gone, the management company and their round robin of revolving staff members have treated me so poorly, its absolutely unprofessional. The elevators were constantly breaking down. Fire alarms were constantly going off. The garage always smelled like sewage. People did not respect the assigned parking spots and someone was in our space pretty frequently. DO NOT move here - be warned!

My experience at the Logan has been amazing. The building is beautiful with lots of amenities and great views on the rooftop. The staff at the Logan is extremely nice, pleasant and very helpful, especially Cassandra Tejeda who helped me throughout the entire move-in process and was very accommodating.

Update (4/30/22): Elevators down again and they lock the stairwells so about 30 people are stuck in the lobby at 12:15 am unable to get into their apartments (resolved an hour later) ———— Update: Elevators down yet again... They are seriously an issue... Expect to get on a first name basis with the elevator maintenance company -------------------------------- UPDATE: Our neighbor just got locked in the elevator for an hour while it was broken... I'm not exaggerating, these elevators are HORRIBLE. -------------------------------- Elevators are always slow with one consistently being down either broken or someone always has one reserved. It's absurd how often they're down for maintenance (at least a couple days a month for a year now - one point one was down for a month). Maintenance issues continue to pop up all the time which is shocking for a new building. Just built poorly and likely won't notice till after you move in. Parking will always flood after it rains (even the reserve spots that you pay extra for) Garbage chutes will break pretty regularly and stay down for extended periods of time. Also expect the fire alarms to go off for an extended period of time at least twice a month. Like I cant even believe how often it goes off. For the price that is charged at this building this is unacceptable. Plenty of other options in the area. Great staff here though probably the best we've had!
